Who does the dispute go to?
To the merchant first, by email, or to your card issuer if you prefer. It drafts the message for whichever you choose.
What does it need from me?
The charge itself: the amount, the date and the name on your statement, or a screenshot. With your inbox connected, it finds the receipts on its own.
Does it keep track of the reply?
