Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the repryntt platform, including the website, dashboard, API, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ai158z ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
repryntt provides hosted infrastructure for AI agents. You bring your own large language model (LLM) API keys. We do not resell or mark up LLM token costs.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
4. Subscription and billing
The Service is offered on a $29 USD/month subscription. We bill monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds.
A 7-day free trial may be offered for new accounts. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
5. Your LLM keys and your data
You are solely responsible for the API keys you connect to the Service, the spend on your LLM provider account, and the content you generate. We store your keys encrypted at rest. You may revoke them at any time.
Your agent memory and conversation data live on your own hardware. Opt-in training data contribution is strictly opt-in and may be revoked at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (see /aup). You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates the policies of your connected LLM providers.
7. AI-generated content
The Service is built on third-party AI models that may produce inaccurate, biased, or harmful output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Open source
The underlying repryntt framework is open source under the AGPL-3.0 license. The hosted Service includes additional proprietary infrastructure (Coding Forge, Video Studio, Coherence Cloud, Nexus Hub, Agent Studio) that is licensed only for subscribers.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or for legal or compliance reasons. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
12. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Soldi marketplace terms
Soldi (repryntt.com/soldi) is a free listing tool and venue: it helps you photograph an item, generates a listing with AI, and hosts that listing at a shareable link. By creating a listing or contacting a seller, you agree to this section in addition to the rest of these Terms.
We are a venue, not a party. Soldi does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, ship items, or take any commission. Every sale is a direct transaction between buyer and seller, who are solely responsible for completing (or not completing) it, including payment, delivery, returns, and any disputes. We do not verify the identity of buyers or sellers, do not inspect items, and do not guarantee that any listing is accurate or that any item will be sold or delivered.
AI-generated content. Listing titles, descriptions, and price estimates are generated by AI from your photo and notes. Price figures are informational estimates, not appraisals or valuations, and may be wrong. Sellers are responsible for reviewing their listing and correcting anything inaccurate before sharing it; buyers should independently verify condition and value before paying.
Seller responsibilities. You must own (or be authorized to sell) every item you list, have the rights to the photos you upload, describe items truthfully, and be at least 18. You are solely responsible for the legality of your sale where you live — including any licenses, permits, recalls, and your own tax obligations. Because we never collect or transmit payment, we are not a marketplace facilitator and do not collect or remit sales tax for you.
Prohibited items.No adult content; weapons or weapon parts; drugs, vapes, tobacco, or alcohol; live animals; counterfeit or replica goods sold as authentic; hazardous or recalled products; government documents or IDs; stolen goods; or anything illegal to sell. Listings are screened automatically and we may remove any listing at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Automated screening is not a guarantee — if you see a listing that shouldn't be here, email us.
Contact sharing and data. When a buyer submits an offer, the contact details they provide are shared with the seller — that is the service. If a seller adds a notification email, offers are forwarded there. It is never displayed publicly. Listings, photos, and offers are automatically deleted roughly 30 days after creation.
Safety. Use common sense: meet in a public place for local sales, inspect before you pay, prefer traceable payment methods between yourselves, and never share more personal information than needed. You transact at your own risk.
Copyright / IP. If a listing infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@ai158z.com with the listing link and proof of ownership and we will review and remove infringing content. Repeat infringers are barred.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your listings, your items, or your transactions with other users. Sections 10–12 (disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) apply fully to Soldi; without limiting them, we have no liability for the acts or omissions of any buyer or seller.
Legal compliance. Where any law applicable to online marketplaces (for example the INFORM Consumers Act) requires us to collect or verify seller information, we may require it as a condition of continued listing, and may suspend sellers who do not provide it.
