Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the repryntt platform, including the website, dashboard, API, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ai158z ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

repryntt provides hosted infrastructure for AI agents. You bring your own large language model (LLM) API keys. We do not resell or mark up LLM token costs.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

The Service is offered on a $29 USD/month subscription. We bill monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds.

A 7-day free trial may be offered for new accounts. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

You are solely responsible for the API keys you connect to the Service, the spend on your LLM provider account, and the content you generate. We store your keys encrypted at rest. You may revoke them at any time.

Your agent memory and conversation data live on your own hardware. Opt-in training data contribution is strictly opt-in and may be revoked at any time.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (see /aup). You may not use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates the policies of your connected LLM providers.

The Service is built on third-party AI models that may produce inaccurate, biased, or harmful output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

The underlying repryntt framework is open source under the MIT license. The hosted Service includes additional proprietary infrastructure (Coding Forge, Video Studio, Coherence Cloud, Nexus Hub, Agent Studio) that is licensed only for subscribers.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or for legal or compliance reasons. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
