Software License
Last updated: 2026-08-20 · applies to repryntt Bot and Bot Pro
repryntt is proprietary software — licensed, not sold. But the full source ships with every install, and the licence is written to be read by a normal person, because a licence nobody understands protects nobody. This page is the agreement; the same text ships in the package as LICENSE.
1. What you may do
While your subscription is active, you may:
- Install and run it on hardware you own or control, for yourself or for the business you operate. No per-machine limit beyond the device count on your plan.
- Modify it for your own use. Change the code, add tools, wire it into your own hardware, retrain what it runs. You bought a thing to use, not a sealed box — the robotics and agent work this is built for is not possible under glass.
- Use anything it produces — text, code, sites, decisions, models trained on your own data — commercially, without restriction or royalty. What your agent makes is yours.
- Keep your data forever. Your memory, keys, and files live on your machine and remain yours whether or not you are a subscriber. Nothing here gives us a claim over them.
2. What you may not do
- Redistribute it. You may not publish, share, resell, sublicense, host for others, or otherwise pass this software (or a modified version of it) to anyone outside your organization.
- Sell it as a service. You may not offer this software, or a derivative of it, to third parties as a hosted or managed product.
- Remove the licensing. You may not strip, bypass, or work around the licence check, the release signature verification, or the safety walls that require your approval before the agent spends money, emails a stranger, or publishes.
- Republish the source. Modifications you make for your own use are yours to keep private. They are not yours to publish.
3. When a subscription ends
The right to run the software ends with the subscription. The software will not delete your data, hold it hostage, or render it unreadable — your files stay on your disk in formats you can open, and you may keep, move, or export them at any time.
We will not brick a machine you own. Practically: it stops updating and stops being licensed to run; it does not reach into your computer and take things.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This software runs an autonomous agent with access to your files, your network, and any tools you connect to it. You are responsible for what you connect it to and what you permit it to do.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai158z Inc. is not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the software or its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
No security audit by an independent third party has been performed. We say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
5. Third-party components
This software includes open-source components under their own licences, which continue to govern those components and are unaffected by this agreement. Nothing here restricts rights you have under those licences.
6. Terms
Governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Questions: hello@ai158z.com.
