What we do with the accounts you connect

repryntt runs AI employees for small businesses. They answer the phone, follow up on leads, publish the posts you approved, and keep the books. To do that work on your behalf rather than ours, you can connect your own accounts — your calendar, your inbox, your business listing, your ledger.
Connecting is optional. Nothing is connected by default, each app is authorised one at a time, and you can disconnect any of them without asking us. This page says exactly what each connection lets an employee do.
Where the connection actually lives
You sign in on the provider's own page. We never see, ask for, or store your password. The access token that comes back is held by our integration provider, Nango, encrypted and filed against your account with us — so every request an employee makes is scoped to your own connection and can reach nothing belonging to another customer.
We do not sell this data, share it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models. It is used to do the work you asked for, and for nothing else.

Google Calendar

Your phone employee can see when you are free and book the appointment while the caller is still on the line.
Read free/busy and create or move the events the employee books. It is the events scope, not full calendar access: we never read or change your calendar settings, sharing or other calendars.

Google Business Profile

Your employees answer new Google reviews and keep your hours and posts current.
Read the reviews and questions left on your listing and reply to them as you, and update the hours and posts you ask us to keep current. Nothing is posted without your approval the first time.

Microsoft 365 (Outlook)

Mail and calendar on your own Outlook account: your employees write from your address instead of ours.
Read the thread an employee is replying to, send the reply from your own address, and book the meeting it agrees to. Reading is read-only — we do not edit or delete your mail — and offline_access is what lets the work happen overnight without you signing in again.

Facebook & Instagram

Your content employee posts to your own Page and Instagram account and reports what landed.
List the Pages you manage so you can pick the right one, publish the posts you approved to that Page and its linked Instagram business account, and read back the engagement so the next week's plan is based on what actually worked. We never read your personal profile or friends.

QuickBooks Online

Your bookkeeper works the real ledger: invoices out, receivables chased, the monthly P&L from your own books.
Read invoices, customers, payments and the receivables aging so reminders go to the right customer for the right amount, and send an invoice you already raised as that reminder. We do not create or alter your ledger entries, and no payroll or banking scopes are requested.

What an employee will never do
- Send, post, or publish anything outward before you have approved that kind of work once. Approvals live in your dashboard inbox.
- Read mailboxes, calendars or listings other than the ones you connected, or reach a personal profile behind a business account.
- Request payroll, banking or tax permissions. The bookkeeping connection is the accounting scope only.
- Keep working on an account after you disconnect it. The token stops working the moment you revoke it.
How to disconnect
Two ways, and either is enough — you never need our permission or our help:
- From repryntt. Sign in, open Settings → your accounts, and disconnect the app. The employees that used it say so on the console home instead of failing quietly.
- From the provider, without us. Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions. Microsoft: myapps.microsoft.com → the app → Manage. Facebook and Instagram: Settings → Business integrations. QuickBooks: Settings → Manage connected apps → Disconnect.
Disconnecting stops future access immediately. Data we already pulled to do work you asked for is deleted within 30 days, or sooner on request — email hello@ai158z.com.
