Acceptable Use Policy

• No call or text without consent. Calling and texting are for approved companies only (see /business). Call or text only people who have agreed to hear from you, in the way the law requires for that kind of message. No cold calls, no robocalls, no prerecorded or autodialed marketing, no calling outside local calling hours. When someone says stop, it stops, at once and for good. This is the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the carriers' messaging rules, and the fines land on real people.
• No spam. Don't send bulk or unsolicited messages by email, direct message or any other channel. Commercial email must say who it is from, must not use a misleading subject or sender, must carry a working way to unsubscribe, and every unsubscribe must be honoured (the CAN-SPAM Act). No bought or scraped contact lists.
• No pretending. Don't use it to impersonate a real person or organisation, and don't let it claim to be a human to someone who asks, or where the law requires you to say it is AI.

• Only accounts that are yours. Connect and act only in accounts you own or are allowed to use. Don't use repryntt, or a browser you link to it, to sign in as someone else, to take over an account, or to try passwords.
• Follow each website's rules. Don't use it to get around a site's terms, rate limits or access controls, to solve CAPTCHAs or other bot checks, to create accounts in bulk, or to scrape a site at scale without permission.
• Respect other people's work. Don't use it to copy, publish or sell content that infringes someone's copyright or trademark.

• Nothing illegal. Don't use it to break the law where you are or where the people it reaches are.
• No fraud or deception. No scams, phishing, fake reviews, fake engagement, market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or misleading claims about money, health or products. No election disinformation or impersonation of candidates or officials.
• No harassment. No threats, bullying, stalking or doxxing, and no content meant to demean people for who they are.
• No sexual content involving minors, ever. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. No sexual content of real people without their consent.
• No attacks and no weapons. No malware, no attacks on systems or networks you don't own, and no help building weapons that can hurt many people.

• Leave the safety walls on. repryntt asks before it acts on other people, posts or spends (unless you have allowed it), and the Bot writes a signed receipt of what it did. Don't strip, bypass or disable those walls, the licence check or the release signature, and don't try to talk it out of them.
• Leave the receipts alone. Don't forge, alter or delete receipts to make the record say something that did not happen, and don't hand anyone an evidence package you have tampered with.
• Don't attack the Service. No probing our servers for weaknesses without our permission (found one? tell us), no getting around the hours meter or rate limits, no sharing an account, no reselling access, and no extracting our cloud's models or systems. The Bot download's source is yours to read and change for your own use, as its licence says.

• No protected health information. repryntt is not built for medical records. Don't put protected health information into it; we don't sign Business Associate Agreements yet.
• No card numbers or bank logins in chat. Don't paste full payment card numbers, security codes, or bank credentials into a conversation or a file it reads. Payments go through the payment accounts you connect.
• No bulk ID numbers, no children's data. Don't load it with Social Security or other government ID numbers, and don't use it to collect personal information from children under 13.
• A person decides the big things. Don't let it make the final call on someone's credit, job, housing, insurance, legal matter or medical care. It can help prepare; a qualified person decides.

If you connect your own AI provider key or subscription, that provider's own usage policy applies too. Breaking it can get your key suspended by the provider, and we can't restore it.

We don't routinely read your content. We act on what the Service records about usage, on reports from people, and on notices from carriers, AI providers, websites and the authorities.

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit your usage, pause a feature (such as the plan's AI, actions that reach other people, or a phone line), suspend your account, or close it. To protect people, we may pause a feature for every account at once. Where we can, we tell you what we did and why.

We report child sexual abuse material and credible threats of violence to the authorities, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

If repryntt was used to call, text, email or harm you, email hello@ai158z.com with what happened, when, and the number, address or link involved. We read every report.
