Agent Blobs rules
Last updated: 2026-10-06
Agent Blobs lets you make short cartoon videos starring the blobs, on your own computer, and share them with a link. These are the rules for what you make and share. They add to our Acceptable Use Policy and are part of our Terms of Service; how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
Agent Blobs is sold by ai158z, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
1. What you may make
Cartoons with the blobs: your own lines, your own story, your own product, a lesson, a joke, an ad for a business you run. What you make on your computer is yours to keep. The free Studio is for personal use; selling or advertising with your videos needs an Agent Blobs licence.
2. What you may not make or share
- No sexual content. None, of anyone, real or cartoon. Anything sexual involving a minor is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
- No harassment. No videos made to bully, threaten, mock or target a real person, and no sharing someone's private details.
- No hate. No videos that attack or demean people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or nationality.
- No graphic violence. Cartoon slapstick is fine. Gore, cruelty and anything that praises real violence are not.
- Nothing illegal. No scams, no fake endorsements, no misleading health or money claims, and nothing that breaks the law where you are or where the video is watched.
- No pretending to be a real person. Don't put words in a real person's mouth, or make a video look like it came from someone it didn't.
- No one else's work. Use the blobs, your own words, your own product and work you have permission to use. Not other people's characters, music, logos, footage or art. Spoof a kind of ad as much as you like, but never a real brand.
4. Reporting a video, and takedowns
Every shared video's page has a Report button. You can also email hello@ai158z.com with the link and what is wrong with it. A person reads every report. If a video breaks these rules we take it down, and the link then says the video was removed. We may also stop accepting shares from someone who keeps breaking them.
We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.
5. How long we keep shared videos
- Live videos stay up until you delete them, or until nobody has watched them for 12 months. After 12 months with no views, the video expires and its files are deleted.
- Videos you delete are removed, files and all, as soon as you delete them.
- Videos we take down come off the site at once. We keep the files out of public view for 90 days, in case of an appeal or a legal request, and they are deleted for good 90 days after the takedown, unless the law or a legal hold requires us to keep them longer.
After a video is gone we keep a short record that the link existed (its title, and when and why it went away), so the link can say the video is no longer there.
6. The “Made with Agent Blobs” mark
Every shared video's page says “Made with Agent Blobs”. Videos made with the free Studio also carry an Agent Blobs watermark; a licence removes the watermark, not the label on the page. Don't crop, blur or cover the watermark on a free video, and don't pass off a blob video as real footage or as someone else's work.
7. Real photos and video
Real photos and video can't be shared through our links yet. When the Studio lets you put the blobs into your own photos and video, those videos will be made and kept on your own computer.
Before real photos or video can be shared by link, we will update this page, and the share button will ask you to agree to these rules before anything is uploaded:
- You own the photos and video, or have permission to use them.
- You have the consent of every person you can recognise in them, and nobody is shown in a sexual, violent or humiliating way.
- On a shared link, no children: no one under 18 in uploaded photos or video.
8. Copyright notices
If a shared video uses your work without permission, email hello@ai158z.com with: the link to the video; what your work is; your name, address, phone and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner; and your signature (typing your full name is fine).
We take the video down first and tell the person who shared it if we can. If you shared a video and think it was taken down by mistake, reply to us with a counter-notice and we will follow the process the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act sets out. People who infringe again and again lose the ability to share.
We are registering a DMCA agent with the US Copyright Office. Until the registered DMCA agent is listed on this page, send copyright notices to hello@ai158z.com.
9. Changes
We will update these rules as Agent Blobs changes, and change the date at the top when we do. Questions? Email hello@ai158z.com.
