What it does
A line that answers
Your AI picks up, answers from what you have told it about the business, books on your calendar, and puts the caller through to a person when they ask. Calls are not recorded or transcribed: it writes down who called, how to reach them and what they wanted.
Texts, only with consent
Short messages from fixed templates — a booking confirmed, a reminder, “we missed your call” — sent only to people who called you, booked, or asked on your own form. Texting starts after carrier registration, which we file for you once you are approved.
Calls back the people who asked
When someone leaves their number on your site and ticks the box to be called, it rings them back within seconds — inside calling hours, once per number a day. It never cold-calls.
What it costs
Phone line for a bot: $9 a month with 60 minutes. More minutes 15¢.

Call minutes are their own meter — they are not your work hours, and a call never spends them. Texting is not part of the line: it is switched on separately, after carrier registration.
