The repryntt engine is open source under AGPL-3.0 — free for everyone, forever, with one obligation: if you offer it to others as a network service, your modifications must be open-sourced too. The commercial license removes that obligation for your company: run and modify the engine in commercial, network-accessible products with no copyleft, no source-availability notices, no disclosure of your changes.

Enterprise Edition — the full Company OS
The licenses above cover the publicly distributed engine. The Enterprise Edition is the part that isn't on GitHub: the complete Company OS platform — the workforce runtime, the operating playbooks, the AI workday, the hands, and the cloud API — licensed with private source access, updates, and its own signed key. Scoped and priced directly, per organization.

Companies embedding the engine in a closed-source SaaS, agencies running white-labeled deployments they don't want to open-source, and any legal/compliance team that can't accept AGPL. Individuals, self-hosters, and open-source projects never need it — the AGPL is yours free.
The fine print, honestly
- You receive a signed license key within 24 hours — Ed25519-signed, verifiable fully offline with
license_check.pyfrom the repo (air-gap friendly). Key + agreement + receipt = your license record. - Covers one legal entity; lapse reverts you to AGPL terms (your own code stays yours).
- No redistribution of the engine under non-AGPL terms; OEM/embedding-for-distribution is a separate conversation — hello@ai158z.com.
- Provenance: founder-written origins, AI-assisted development under human direction, and a CLA on every contribution — that chain is what makes this dual license possible.
